Our Story

Seidova Wellness is a nutrition practice built for women who want their bodies to work better, not just look different.

Our work focuses on women’s metabolic and performance nutrition — supporting hormone health, cycle health, insulin sensitivity, recovery, and sustainable body composition. We work with women managing PCOS, women looking to improve cycle health or fertility, and women working toward gaining muscle and losing fat. We also support active and athletic women who want to fuel training without burning out.

Our approach is evidence-based, realistic, and rooted in the understanding that women’s bodies are complex. Stress, cycles, training demands, and real life all matter here. We focus on fueling function so you can feel strong, steady, and supported in your body.

Seidova Wellness was founded by a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and Navy veteran with experience across both clinical and performance settings. No extremes. No aesthetic pressure. Just clear, supportive guidance designed to help you thrive long-term.

Who is coaching best suited for?

Coaching is best suited for women who want guidance with nutrition, training, and building sustainable habits to improve energy, hormone health, body composition, and/or performance. It supports a wide range of starting points, from women rebuilding exercise habits to active women or athletes working toward strength, fat loss, or improved conditioning.

Are sessions virtual?

Yes. Coaching sessions are conducted through secure video calls, and training programs are delivered through an app.

Can the plans be adjusted?

Yes, we regularly review and adjust the plans based on your progress and feedback.

What if I have specific dietary restrictions?

Not a problem, we take all dietary restrictions and preferences into account when creating your plan.

Do you accept insurance?
